So way back in the beginning of April I got on a scale (cause my clothes were getting tight and my dad said I had his belly...WTF?!!). So I embarked on a get healthy journey. I started with baby steps but I completely took diet coke out. I now briskly walk 10-12 miles per day and might have 2 sodas a week. If you know me, I use to drink about 7 sodas a day. I also count calories. I can't say that I've changed my eating habits but rather I eat in moderation. About 1300-1500 calories per day. If I know I'm going out to eat I exercise a little more so I can indulge a little. I went from 175# to 145# today. Jeez I haven't been 145 since probably 2000
