Hey Pals,

After taking a bit of a break from MFP, I am back and on the attack! I'm a 28-year-old from Calgary, Alberta who loves to run, do yoga, ride my bike (for leisure, not fitness), and would really like to start lifting. I try to make room in my diet for all the foods (I can't live without beer and tacos, tbh), but I prefer to cook my own meals and try to use fresh, nutritious ingredients. I just subscribed to a local CSA for the first time and am super excited about it!

I am looking to lose 35-40 lbs and to tone up. I am already down about 60 lbs from my highest weight, and have just kind of been bobbing along for the last couple of years. Time to kick it up a notch and finally hit my goal! I am making a lot of other positive changes in my life right now so I figured, what the hell, time to get back on MFP. :)
