New to forum- Need help with healthy food!

Hi guys.

So the hardest thing about losing weight for me is the diet part. I can spend countless hours in the gym and doing any kind of exercise, but when it comes to eating right, I have a horrible time with it. Portion control is a big issue for me, but also I don't know how to make variations of certain meals. For example, how many ways can you dress a chicken? And what other options are there outside of chicken?

Basically, I need more variety to simple recipes. Is there anyone willing to give me some tips and tricks to start out?

    Hi there,

    I'm new here too, but saw some interesting meal ideas on the Recipe topic: Show me pics (or something like that). I also posted an easy tasty recipe here today using chickpeas and feta....sounds weird but we really like it! It's from a book called "150 Healthiest Fifteen Minute Meals in the World" which I borrowed from the public library and found some good ideas for meals. Best of luck to you!
