How do I go about body recomp?

I'm eight pounds from my goal maintenance weight! Rather than bulking and cutting cycles, I'd like to begin 'body recomposition' once reaching my goal but I have no idea how to! Here are a few questions I have but any additional information would help...

1) Do I eat to maintenance as I would if I were choosing to stay the same. For example, my TDEE is around 2700, would I eat that amount?

2) How should my macro ratios be?

3) How slow is the process? Would lifting more often or incorporating more cardio help? How should my exercise schedule be?
