Does anyone know if you're able to see where foods fall on the glycemic index by paying for a subscription? Thanks! :smiley:

    Fairly sure you can't. I don't think there's a single coherent GI database and it isn't available as a user-entered value. There's also the complexity of mixed meals where the overall GI would need to be calculated / estimated from the components.
