Looking for friends who are really honest at tracking no matter how much they may mess up!! This is my new goal... No judgement, I'm just trying to learn from my mistakes

I need to get better about this too. I tend to stop tracking for the rest of the day if I mess up. I didn't always do that but it's become a nasty little habit. I logged my cheat meal today. Thanks for helping me stay honest.0

I'll add you! I'm totally straight up about my tracking! However, I'm not the type to coddle or tell you you're doing great when in actuality you have been eating crap! I keep it totally real and I like others to keep it real with me as well! I'm the type when I know I want to eat something high in calories and fat, I'll do an extra workout to counteract that so I don't stray from my goal.
