I have a lot of weight to get rid of. I have set sensible milestones the next one is on Tues. I wanted to have lost a total of 2st by then (I lost 7lbs before I found MFP). I should have made it comfortably, but lo and behold I used a birthday on Sat to pig out on 3 puddings (needless to say they are not all recorded in my diary), I didn't do the hike I had planned to correct it and today, I stayed within my cal intake but carb city, so I am bloated already.
I do this constantly - most people diet for their wedding I dieted, and put on weight. Holidays, i dieted and just before the holiday, whoops somehow I put on weight.

Does anyone else do this and how do you cure it? What are your coping strategies?
