Hello, just stepping in to introduce myself. I am Melissa from northern WI. I am a wife of 29 years to my first love, with three grown children and two beautiful gra :| nddaughters and one very needy and sassy canine. I joined MFP about a month ago, and have been using their tools daily and have now lost 19 lbs. I know that support is a very important tool, needed for success and I am looking for that support. I currently am doing this on my own with daughters help in accountability and encouragement, But I know that a larger support base is need for my success. So I would like to get to know you if you so desire the same. Life continues to give us the occasional obstacle course to muddle through to the best of our ability, and it is at those times that I know I have struggled and failed the most when it came to taking care of me and my body. I look forward to getting to know you... :p
