Hi all, I have my fitbit linked to MFP - when I am at the gym should I add the activity or just take the steps it gives me? TIA

I add the activity and it seems to just subtract it from the fitbit calories burned, so it evens out. I guess technically it doesn't matter either way, but I like to keep my exercise log going.0

No need to log any step-based activity—your Fitbit tracks it for you. Log non-step exercise (like swimming or biking) either in Fitbit (that's what I do) or in MFP—never both. Exercise logged in MFP overwrites your Fitbit burn during that time.
