Hi there, I'm curious to know what exercises (at home) people are finding most effective for their weight loss?
I currently use a twist and shape machine but I'm wanting to improve my exercises by doing a variation of a few. Any tips?

I use an ellipitical and treadmill. will be starting the 30 day shred in a few days. I also have a recrumbrant bike0

At home I really like doing Jillian Michael's workout DVDs!!!0

I do workout DVD's, almost done with 30 day shred, 3rd round, I lost a lot of inches from it. My results of this time around.

I work with a personal trainer twice weekly doing cardio and weights as well as doing normal workouts at home. And I bike because I have a knee I jury so running hasn't worked so well.0
