I am new to MFP, as I haven't used this program in quite a while. I am a 32 year old teacher and football coach in Texas. I am married and have two wonderful kiddos, and I figured I needed to make some lifestyle changes so that I am around when they are older. I am quite overweight for my size, as I am 5'10, 260 pounds. My doctor told me that based on my size and age, my target weight should be somewhere between 160-180 pounds, so I have quite a ways to go. I started my own blog on this site so that I can hold myself accountable each day. Please feel free to leave comments (and hopefully support) if you'd like:)
