Been away from mfp for quite awhile, was laid of from work and started going to school in one of the most difficult majors on campus...needless to say I am the heaviest I've ever been :noway: due to cheap & fast meals and very little activity.

I just bought a juicer with my graduations present and maybe a new bike that is fitted to me.

I feel soooo tired no matter what I do and have multiple health problems now. I sure could use advice, support and motivation. Thanks.

I, too, am the heaviest I've ever been...even when I was 9 months pregnant! It seems as though I have the same reasons...I've been going to school nonstop (even summer semesters) for a couple years now, and I have two kids and 3 jobs (and a single mom). Even if I have time to do anything, I really don't want to because the rest totally wore me out! And I live in such an awesome place, surrounded by places to hike, swim, ride bikes, etc., and I never get out to do any of that. And the fast food thing...grrrr! It's so easy to just leave class and pick up a quick bite on the way home. I really want to do this this time...
You can friend me if you like...we can work through it together!

Take it step by step, a bit at a time, and remember that "something is better than nothing." If you only have enough energy for a ten minute walk, that's still better than spending the same amount of time sitting on the couch. Your energy will come back the more you start to move...mine has! Feel free to friend me if you'd like...we can motivate each other.
