I've been running for three years now, on a performance mindset. Anyone experienced in here? Please add me!

For the record, here are my current PRs:

5k - 22:49
10k - 47:50
HM - 1:59:00

I focus on 10k right now, but I also have an HM scheduled in Novembre.
