Goal weight and the first step.

Hi I'm laura. I'm looking to lose 10lbs. I've been chunky all my life and after having my son 15mnths ago I decided to get healthy. I do T25 workout and try to eat healthy with a meal replacement shake added in too.

The scale isn't budging right now. I have lost all baby weight plus 10lbs. I think I must be gaining muscle from my workout program. Has anyone had this happen? Looking to lose that pesky 10lbs..
