Hey Everyone,

My name is Sinead aka Pinky. Seeing as I actually am managing to sticking to this i thought i better introduce myself and make life a bit easier. Id appreciate any tips or recipies you all have! Its actually a disgrace how big ive got and its definitely time to fight the flab!! :o)

    I think I've just gone in and redone my goals and started over? Not sure if that's the correct way or not but I'm sure it's worked for me in the past.
