would be nice to gauge what i may/may not look like in the future or atleast try to.. since im a long way off a "healthy weight"

I do not have very many progress pics but I have one before and after pic on my profile. I am 5'8.5" and am currently 151lbs. I describe myself as "boy shaped", I don't really have a waist, I think anyway. So, I usually wear a size 6-8. My shirt size can range from large to small ha. I am a 34DD so certain tops are too small for my boobs. Before, I was 240lbs and a size 22. I was a 40D, I think.0

I'm 5'8". I have no progress pics, but I am down about 10 lbs with 16 to go (currently 176). Pants size are an 8-10. Shirts are a 12 usually because I have big boobs (40D) and I haven't lost anything there. I have a pretty current full body pic on my profile page. I will probably end up in size 6 on the bottom. Hopefully 10 on top, Good luck.0

I'm 5'8" and even though I've lost weight, I still have a lot more to go.
Start weight: 313
Current weight: 252
Previous clothing size: 26/28
Current clothing size: 18/20
Previous bra size: 46DD
Current: 42DD (quickly turning to 40D)
I don't know what my ideal weight should be, but I'm focusing at 160 and taking it from there. I have a before and after pic on my profile. Hope this helps!0 -

You look great! 160 is my goal weight as well. What made you decide on that number?0 -
here's a kind of progress post i did. i started at 185 and i'm not really sure what my goal weight is. i'm not weighing for June and i want to see how i feel at the end of the month. similarly sized women losing weight the healthy way can feel free to add me :-) also, i consider myself an hourglass shape.

I'm 5'8" and used to be more hourglass shaped but not I'm more inverted triangle (basically hourglass minus hips).
Here's close to my heaviest, around 140ish
Here's after in lost weight but before I started lifting, around 120ish
Here's recent, around the same weight as the second picture but now I lift

So all these years I thought I was 5'6 and someone measured me a few days ago. Apparently I'm 5'8.
127lb. 35-25-37 (bust/waist/hips). You will look quite different depending on where your body likes to keep your fat. For example, I've lost 30lbs, and still have about the same hip size, but my waist shrunk by allot. My hips do not like to budge. If you get stuck in that situation, I recommend strength training. It will not muscle you up like many think. If you're on a calorie deficit, you can only get smaller. It made my body look a ton firmer. Also, if you are large chested and worried that you're going to end up with huge knockers, try running. Mine hardly budged until I started exercising regularly and then they fell off, even though I was the same weight. And to those afraid of losing it all, weight does not shrink breast tissue. It just shrinks the sagging fat (because fat tends to sag things, muscle tends to perk). I'd still recommend exercise and strength training. They may be smaller now, but they're definitely more perky.

Okay I haven't taken a current picture lately at all I need too. My start date was 1/20/2013 so I am almost at my 5 months mark. My weight on 1/20/2013 when I join MFP was 285. And the first photo is my 3rd day to about my 2 month mark.
this is me now. not really the same type of photo but I am not going to get a new one until the 20th (my 5 month mark) my weight at this photo was about 250 or so and it was a week ago.
and i would say I have a large frame and I would be hour glass I guess not really sure. And I am along way from my goal just wanted to show you hard work does pay off0
