Workouts post injury

Hi, I'm looking for a little advice. 5 weeks ago today I dislocated my elbow in a fall and as you can imagine it has a long way to go to being fully recovered. I'm looking for ways to ease myself into some light exercise however not having the use of one of my arms has kinda thrown me a wee bit. Can anyone suggest some good alternatives to swimming and walking please ?

    Stationary cycling, using your good arm to balance (or taking it off sometimes).

    Get yourself into Physical Therapy if possible.
