First day of transparency plan!

My niece just lost 33 pounds using the myfitnesspal app and she encouraged me to try it. Why not? I've been an unsuccessful dieter for years and have basically been about 35 pounds overweight for about twenty years. My goal is to lose 18 pounds by my birthday in 7 months. Wish me luck!
