Hi, I want to start drinking a green thickie smoothie every morning to help with my "diet". I can't seem to find a recipe online with the exact measurements of each ingredient as a starting point. The ingredients I plan to I plan to use are strawberries, bananas, oatmeal, and a spinach, bok choy, chard mix. I just want to know how much of each ingredient should I use, if anyone has some good recipes.

You can go the the Nutribullet website and they have guidelines for creating smoothies. They generally say 50% greens and 50% fruits, then the oatmeal you want to use would probably fall in to what they call the booster category which they recommend an eighth or quarter cup. Nice thing about their guide is that it gives a rundown of what the different fruits, veggies and boosts are good for so you can make different recipes for different things. I've found it very helpful. The pocket guide that comes with the Nutribullet even tells you how to pick them in the store and recommendations on how to store them.0
