Any recommendations on your favorite low sodium lunchmeat on the go?

    Instead of buying lunch meat I look my own meat and make the sandwiches, there are no preservatives and it only has in it what I put in it.

    prepare your own :) chicken breast is my number 1 recommendation!

    Trader Joe's has some excellent turkey, ham, and chicken that is lower in sodium. Some under their name, some Columbus.

    Healhyt One's were the lowst in sodium I ould find. I like the Honey Ham. "Only" 495 grams in a esrving of 6 slices.
