Activity question

If I walk 4 miles, fast pace, 4 to 5 times a week..would my activity level be lightly or moderately active? I dont work outside the home..I putt around doing housework and stuff. My stats are 201 lbs, 5ft 2 inches and 45 yr old..TIA!!!!! (I just want be sure Im eating the right amount of calories )

I would set yourself as sedentary and log your walks as exercise.
Only eat back about 50% of your exercise calories to start though. MFP tends to overestimate.0 -

if it is actual EXERCISE it should not be counted as daily activity. (unless you are going by TDEE but it doesn't sound that way)
i have my activity set as sedentary but I'm FAR from sedentaryLOLOLOL

Are your walks included in your putting around? Or in addition to? If you are taking away from your daily activity to walk several miles, then yes, include that in you exercise. I've seen too many cases where someone working at Walmart wears a fitbit and counts all those calories as additional.0

TY..no..this is actual exercise..the more I lose, the further I can walk..I will set it to sedentary0
