Because I work from home, I have a lot of flexibility. I eat when I'm hungry, and sometimes that means I skip a meal.

i sometimes do. Sometimes i work lunch cover and finish at 3pm so find by the time i get home its almost tea time so i miss out on lunch. or if i have to be in for a very early start i miss breakfast because i'm not hungry at that time in the morning. i still try to ensure i eat my daily calories.

The only meal I eat is dinner. All the rest of my calories come from snacks. I eat all day long in small quantities, veggies, meats, and popcorn mostly. I only ever sit down to lunch if I am on a lunch date with the hubby. As long as I give it what it needs to function my body doesn't care when I eat or how much I eat at one time.

I don't eat within 2 or 3 hours after rising because it makes me nauseous.
