Well, I've been exercise for 2yrs by doing long distance running. I've now gotten my mile down to 6 on a good day, 8 on a rough day.I also, since Jan. tried weightlifting, and the other activities and sports that come with it. Other than a few injuries, so far so good. I've lost 40lbs and came from 290lbs to 220. I only need to lose 20-30lbs more now, but I've kinda stalled. Anyway, I'm just introducing my self and saying hello to the community, and hopefully, if the southern heat doesn't kill me, I'll get to be introduced to successful lifters and others here for motivation and advice on my journey. Thanks.
