Has anyone tried Herbalife. I tried it years ago and lost a lot of weight. Unfortunately, I never did the maintenance part and I gained the weight back.
I went back on it recently and I like it. But sometimes I still get cravings. I am starting to go through that change of life and I have my days when I just crave everything. I know that plan suggest eating as healthy as possible. But I often feel guilty even on this.
So has anyone ever tried it or is currently on it and can share your thoughts.

How did you lose the weight? Was it having shakes in replace of meals? Sorry just curious because my friend lost weight but was having two shakes a day and one meal0

I'd rather eat my food & stack my $$$ in the bank.0

It's an incredibly unethical company.
If you want meal replacements, buy protein powder.0 -
It's very expensive and a mlm companies. You can probably get the same benefit from a multivitamin and a protein powder.0
