Workout routine for a 2nd floor apt.?

I'm looking for a workout DVD to tone up that doesn't involve any jumping/running around (my neighbor below complains about EVERYTHING) I liked Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shred but there's a lot of cardio portions - running in place, jumping jacks, etc. I'm not really looking to loose weight - I'd like to go run outside if anything and then come back in & tone my arms, abs & thighs - any suggestions?

    Kettlenetics or Kettlebell workouts are good ones cuz you are swinging and lifting and moving around alot but not doing alot of jumping. Or Crunch Total Body Resculpt with Kendall Hogan is a pretty good one with dumb bell weights. You do a section of all upper body and a section of all lower body has some push ups but is lunges and things of that nature but not a whole lot of jumping with it and is pretty full body. I recommend kettlebells though they are a pretty good way to trim weight off without a whole lot of having to jump around.
