Hello my name is Norma I live in KS, I lost weight the hard way, I had acid reflux for about 6 months trying to get the right meds to work finally found one Nexium but lost 54 pounds. I have been keeping truck since Jan 1, 2015 I have 70 pounds to go my dr wants me to get to 150 and I want to get to 130 pounds. my main concern is my sodium it is so hard to keep under 2300. I am trying.
