Today I went shopping and just for the heck of it I picked up a size "small" dress because it was the last one there and it was really cheap. I have never tried to wear a size small but I I figured I didn't have anything to lose. Anyway, I put it on, ha which was the first surprise. Then I looked in the mirror and realized that "Hey. this dress actually looks pretty good on me!" It was a little exciting :)

    My NSV: Going out for Father's day to our fam's favorite restaurant and ordering something sensible, instead of just PUTTING ALL THE NOMS IN MY FACE. Self-control feels fabulous!
