Hi everyone, I'm Yvonne and new to this site. I have been using myfitnesspal after coming across it on my iphone and downloading the app. I have about a stone and a half to lose and love the way I can track what I eat and what excercise I have done (hopefully)!

    33 lbs is not bad at all. A kilo every couple of weeks and you will have lost this weight in about 33 weeks. You can do this. :drinker:
