Hey! Question for everyone. My workouts have been mainly weightlifting and speed walking. Im down 80 pounds! I'm wanting to do new stuff to tone but when I do I don't know if it just because it's change to my body or if my calorie count is off so I end up gaining. Is this normal? What is the best way any of you have found to count calories that you burn besides using the app? Also has anyone use fit star? If so does it help you? No calorie count is accurate but any insight would be great. Thanks
