I have a lot to lose but for the first time ever I finally have control of my hunger. I am looking for other friends who want to lose 75#. I think that having a similar goal with others would help keep us motavated. I joined this app 2 yr ago and never returned because I did not know how to use a smart phone. Now i have the tech skills and plan to use this tool and stick with it.
