That's what I'm finding out here at MFP. It isn't just about the journey or about weight loss alone. Its about the people who affect the journey you're taking too. I've been reading profiles like mad and absorbing so much information and I cannot wait to get to the more fit me that awaits. I am already a beautiful individual. I can only get more so inside and out because the more you love yourself the more it comes through to the outside.

I'm very new here so I've been hesitant to ask people to become friends. I just finally told myself that the worst that can happen is they hit the no button...:) I am just grateful to those who have so freely shared their stories because I'm able to relate and I'm able to continue to be motivated because of them.

Thank you so much...it's nice to know I'm not alone...:)
