The time doesn't matter, eat when you are hungry.0

I work full time and go to the gym. I'm rarely home before 8 let alone have had dinner yet. I've lost over 50 lbs. I can't even imagine not eating after 8 - I'd be so hungry not eating dinner ever. Ridiculous rule.0

You can eat anything you want just before going to bed and still lose if you are eating less calories than your body uses. I eat a large majority of my calories late at night all the way till i go to sleep. I did not hinder my fat loss and is not causing fat gain. I usually go to bed completely stuffed.0

You can eat at any time of the day. Eating after 8PM does not hurt your metabolism. I workout late in the evening everyday and always have a snack before going to bed and I'm still thin.0
