Gaining too much fat while building muscle?

If you don't like gaining that much fat while you try to put on muscle then you should gradually increase your calories.
So first figure out how many calories you need to consume to maintain your weight (google it) and then increase by 200 and weigh yourself. Weigh yourself again in 2 weeks and see if you gained any size. If you didn't increase this daily amount by 200 more and see what happens in 2 weeks. You should stop when you see that you're gaining weight and yet you're not getting that much fatter.
Some people tend to just go and eat everything and not count calories. This is the wrong thing to do, because if you want a lean muscular body you'll have to loose the accumulated fat at the end and that will remove some of your muscle which beats the initial point.
Remember that fat will be gained, that's just how our bodies work, but make sure you increase your calories slowly so you won't gain too much.
