Whether you're trying to lose weight or gain muscle, we all need a little bit of a push and some positive encouragement from some friends! The reason most people give up or fail is because they don't have a positive support group or someone who can hold them accountable. If you've fallen off the bandwagon before or haven't been logging in like you probably should be, ( I know I haven't!) then nows a great time to get back on track.

Feel free to add me and I'll do my best to help you stay motivated in accomplishing your goals :). As a former personal trainer I'd be happy to share some advice with you as well to help give you an extra advantage!
