Has anyone tried this? It's a handheld device that uses electronic impedance to measure body fat % and "muscle quality."

Just curious if it's effective compared to other methods.

It looks like no one answered you... I just ordered one and it should arrive in ~ 4 weeks.
I decided that % BF was the way to go now that I have dropped enough fat weight.
Anyone else use this device?

I have been using the Skulpt Chisel now for a month. It has worked very nicely. I am an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. My experience with the SC is that it seems to be about as consistent and as accurate as hydrostatic weighing and easier and better than skinfold calipers. I have no experience with a DEXA Scan. It is ridiculously easy to use and I do use it daily as soon as I get out of bed in the morning.1
