Caloric Intake on track at all?

I had a question or two about the calories I'm eating per day.

22
Male
Currently 138(9) pounds
5 foot 4

I have MFP set to 2 pounds a week and it has me down at 1560 calories a day. I more or less his that mark +-50 to 100. Now my question is what is my maintenance caloric intake if MFP is pinning it at 1560. Around 2500? I have a job where I clean a school and I also hit the gym 5 days a week, strength training and cardio (HIIT, about 15-20 minutes) 3 days a week.

Am I under eating here? Or am I where I need to be?

Breakfasts are a cup of Greek Yogurt (Cabot) with two scrambled eggs, 16 oz coffee 1 tbp of creamer.

Lunch is a sandwich 60g bread 1.70 oz of turkey and ham each, two 40 calorie slices of provolone.
Dinner is made from scratch, usually around 500 calories; like I said, +- 100 at the end of the day of 1560.

Thanks!

To find out what your maintenance is you can always change your goals to see what your maintenance calories are and then change them back. I would trust the system and see how you progress over 2-3 weeks. How much are you trying to lose? A setting of 2lbs a week might be too high, try 1lb a week? Especially if you have less than 25lbs to lose.. which im guessing you do by your height and weight already sounds like your at a healthy weight as is:)

Thanks for the reply! I think I will lower it; I've noticed that I'm feeling sluggish during the day, probably not enough calories going in. I started out at around 153 back in mid April so I've definitely been making progress. I set my goal weight at 125 in the beginning, I overlooked mentioning that! I'll knock it down to 1 pound a week from here on out and I'll gauge the change.

    Thanks again!
