hello all I just thought id drop in. I wanted to loose weight after my horse decided he was no longer giving me a piggy back and chucked me off.... it hurt. so at my heaviest I was 13 stone and not happy. I am now 10 stone 8 and trying to get to the 10 stone mark. im finding the last pounds tricky to shift any advice? many thanks Rach

Hello, and welcome to MFP. The best advice, which I unfortunately don't follow often enough, is to develop a consistent exercise and eating routine that results in a calorie deficit and then stick to it, adjusting as necessary.
