Well first week back to it properly and I've lost 3kgs so happy! Got such a long way to go. I read posts of ladies my height (5.11) who want to get to 140lbs and I just can't imagine ever being that small. I've set my goal at 15 stone 7lbs so 10 stone to lose.....well 9 stone 8lbs now!!! Next weigh in 2 weeks. Best thing I ever did was throwing the scales away. Good luck to everyone. Everyday we stick to it is a day closer to our goals and as each day passes we get slimmer and fitter!

Well done on your loss :-) I've just joined mfp again last week. I had it last year but lost all will power. But now I know I need to do something about my weight. Keep going your doing great :-) feel free to add me0
