Hy guys, how should i put my oats on myfitnesspal?.I eat my oats boiled in water, should i put the macronutrients from raw oats?.100g of raw wats =300 calories, if i cooked 100g raw oats with water whould they be lower in calories?

    I would imagine they are about the same because you are not burning them. Also the water is absorbed instead of washed away.

    Weigh and log into the diary raw.
    The water does not change the calories but it does change the weight. That is why we measure most things raw/uncooked.
