Calculating calories and nutrition? Nursing mum

hello all! I just had a baby 4 weeks ago and I am ready to get back on track with my clean eating that I so absolutely enjoy! I have developed an awful sweet tooth after this difficult pregnancy and I need to loose around 10kg. I need help calculating my calories and nutrients needed for breastfeeding, keeping in mind that I will start cross fitting again in max 4 weeks

Nursing, esp in the early days like that, can be as much as 500-800 cal.
Don't go too hard on yourself though. None of my good eating made a dent until about 3 months out. Your hormones take a shift around then, too.
I've been eating about 1850 since my LO was 3 months or so. I was super fit when I got pg, and I haven't been working out THAT hard, so I am not as small as I was--which is fine. I'm currently 5'10" 145. LO just turned 1 and still nurses 5 times a day or so.

My baby is 4 1/2 months old and nursing full time. I eat 1800 a day and tons of water!0
