In need of inspiration!!!

Struggling at the moment! 4 months into diet and exercise and have lost about 2.5 stone but not finding it easier! Not progressing quickly enough and getting myself into a negative state of mind, finding it really hard to get motivated. Need to keep going for health reasons - need to lose another 7 stone or so which seems such a large mountain to climb! I know I should be happy with baby steps but need some inspiration! Any ideas?

A healthy, sustainable loss is .5 lb. per week for every 25 lbs. you're overweight. So 35 lbs. in 4 months is amazing! You're doing much better than you give yourself credit for.
