Any senior citizens out there?

Need to lose @ least 75lbs and just recently found out I'm stage 2 diabetic.
Just looking for friends and support.

    I just went to OP's profile and noticed that. Now I'm confused... or OP is confused. Either way, there is still no "stage" 2 diabetes.

    i'm 59 and by no means a senior citizen yet lol... am not diabetic either but my hubbie was... long story, but bariatric surgery and an 8 stone weight loss has put the dieabetes into 'remission'

    To all of you that replied thank you. Just saw these posts. I am a senior citizen vixtris my real age is 63yrs, Thanks yellowantphil I don't know how to adjust the calories yet still learning. Put my recent diagnosed down wrong midwesterne, (still upset with myself) type 2 diabetic is the correct way to say it. aamb that's wonderful, that's my goal too.
