Hi,
I'm new to My Fitness and I think it's a great tool to use when trying to lose or maintain your weight. I glad a coworker put me up on it. ;)

    Welcome! Mfp is great as long as you are consistent. It showed me how much junk I was REALLY eating

    Same here with the junk. I was embarrassed once my day of eating was calculated.
