Need to lose 68-78lbs

tracker is great tool. I enter meals before I eat them so I have time to adjust I'm no longer asking myself why I gained so much weight. Exercise is the real challenge so I will exercise first and ask if I like it, later

    You can do! I use to hate to exercise but I have found that I eat healthier when I exercise. I have a walking group you are welcome to join. Its just a bunch of us adding our miles together (walking, biking, swimming, etc). and walking across the US.
