Having an off week...thoughts ???

I have stayed within my calories but just haven't ate as healthy as last week...is that a loss or a win? What's your thoughts ?

    You are within calories, it's a win.

    You already know to choose nutritionally dense food, and you'll do better with practice, but even if you don't and are still within calories you are fine.
