Waiting for gastric bypass surgery

Hi everyone! I just attended my first nutrition class-I feel a little overwhelmed at the moment. But I'm looking forward to getting healthy and losing the weight.

I'm having Gastric Sleeve surgery in Oct or so and have also completed one nutritional visit. It is overwhelming at times but I've never felt so confident about being able to lose weight. Hope it stays that way! Good luck to you

ok if you are sure you want to go that way I don't know much about it but I hope you the best if any one can you can just stay confident ok we are all pulling for you!!!!!

Welcome! I had the bypass a year ago. All the classes and training did pay off.
