Heyyyy! My name is tiffany but you can call me tiffa or tiffy. I have been on my weight loss journey for about 3 years and I have lost a total of 200 lbs so far. I have lots more to lose and I know this app will help me with it. Today is my second day of my focus diet and I'm feeling great!!
