That sounds pretty unhealthy and horrible, I won't lie there. It's not sustainable; how on earth will you not get bored only eating steak and eggs? Most importantly, why would you even want to do this?
If you want to lose weight, eat in a caloric deficit and hit your macros and micros - enjoy the foods you like.0 -
I love steak and eggs. There's no way I could do it for 30 days!0

Mmm steak and eggs! But, yeah wow at this is a real thing (Vince Gironda), lol.0

I haven't looked at the blog. What's the deal? You're just eating steak and eggs every day for a month? Are you eating anything else?0
-
No thank you. On the other hand, Sunday will be steak and eggs for me. Cookout with steaks on the grill and my Mom's famous deviled eggs as appetizers??? Super YUMMMMMMM.0

Fine advice for general weight loss.
Sounds like OP is looking to target fat, however. This is a known protocol for doing so.0 -
I would eat steak and eggs everyday if i could afford it.. I love steak!! I would eat king crab legs and lobster too. Hey throw in some sushi for carbs damm I need to win the lottery0

Let me know how 30 days of steak and eggs go. Stupid *kitten* "challenge", imo.0

Same here.
I'm not sure if I would get bored of eating steak every day but I would be willing to test it out. I'm guessing I would not get bored, considering that I already drink coffee and eat chocolate every day and haven't become bored of them yet. Kickstarter campaign to fund this experiment?

True. After about 10 days, you will be so tired of steak and eggs that you will have trouble eating over 1000 calories per day.0 -

It's another ketogenic diet.

This steak and egg challenge sounds like complete trash.0 -
I agree. Was just answering the question.0

Anything else or just steak and eggs? I'm gonna want a salad or some bread or something with my steak and eggs. Probably after a few days I'll want anything but steak and eggs!!0

I love steak and I love eggs. But.... that's it? For a whole month with only one freaking day of anything else each week?

This is a summary of the diet:
1. On the diet you eat only 2 times a day. No snacking or any *kitten* like that. Either by eating a breakfast and supper, or lunch and dinner.
Meal number #1 is 3/4 lb to 1 1/2 pounds of steak and 4-6 eggs with butter, raw, or anyway you want to eat them.
Meal number #2 is exactly the same as meal number 1.
2. You don’t count calories and you don’t have to measure the butter you’re using when cooking, as much as you like is the right way to go in this diet.
3. Every 5th day is a “cheat day”. You can eat whatever the *kitten* you want. By this I mean whatever you want.
4. Repeat.
