Pull-ups here I come!!!!!!

I am focusing on getting my first pull-up. My journey started in 2013, when I started Crossfit for the first time. I have a history of Deep Vein thrombosis (blood clots). This causes me to have a lot of pain in my leg when I work out. In December 2014, I was diagnosed with May Thurners Syndrome ( iliac veins cross-cross and cause blockage). I have an extensive stent in my leg to help with the blood flow. The reason I joined crossfit is because I was sick of not being able to do things because of my leg. I forced my self to work through the pain in my leg. Since starting crossfit I have gained 25 lbs, some of this is fat. My goal is to get to 18-19 % body fat which is around 15-20 lbs of fat, I need to lose. I have done Myfitnesspal before but I never stuck to it. This time I am sticking to it and I will be able to get the first pull-up.
