Newbie in need.

Hi all, I'm Tineka (pronounced Tineeka) and I'm a 24 year old single mother of two (I have 6 year old daughter & 4 year old son - my world ❤) and I also work as a Healthcare Advisor whilst studying psychology with The Open University. I'm from Norwich in the UK and I've joined MFP because I'd really love to shift around 20lbs give or take, tone up and get healthier in the process! Obviously, I don't have a whole lot of free time on my hands so I will mostly be working out from home. I have an exercise bike, light weights and various workout DVD's which I plan on using at least 4 times a week combined of course with a healthy, nutritious diet :)
Feel free to offer any advice or motivation and if anyone would like to, feel free to add me!
